Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Shine Stocks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Shine Stocks provides professional photography and videography services including:

• Wedding photography and videography
• Corporate event documentation
• Portrait sessions
• Commercial video production

Booking and Payments

Booking Process

• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit
• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event
• Final payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled service

Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed scope
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: Full refund minus 25% handling fee
• Cancellations 14-30 days in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 14 days: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Intellectual Property

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Shine Stocks until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Shine Stocks liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure

Shine Stocks is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or illness.
